It will create an opportunity to exchange views between the scientific centers carrying out the research in this field worldwide. It is also the right place for those who wish to broaden their knowledge. It offers the opportunity for further training and development of young researchers in the field of highly specialized, noninvasive methods for assessment of infrastructure.
